Fudgey Banana Brownies
Simple, healthy and so fudgey, these brownies will not dissapoint! Sweetened only with banana and are gluten free, vegan and full of plant based protein!
- 2 Bananas Mashed
- ½ Cup cacao powder
- ½ Cup Chocolate Protein powder *see notes above in post
- 2 tbsp nut butter creamy works best
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ Cup chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl add the bananas and mash them with a fork.
Add in the cacao powder, protein powder and almond butter and mix with a spatula.
Add in the baking powder, salt and chocolate chips and mix again.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish or place parchment paper in the pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish and bake for 15- 20 minutes. Or until a toothpick inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
