Sesame Edamame Tofu Cream “Cheese”

Sesame Edamame Tofu Cream "Cheese"

Looking for a vegan cream cheese spread that’s not filled with a bunch of unnecessary ingredients? Well then this Vegan Edamame Cream “Cheese” Spread is made for you!

I know there are a ton of vegan cream cheese spreads out there but all of the ones I have come across contain ingredients that don’t agree with my stomach or are way too expensive for the little bit you get in the container.

Buying  expensive vegan cream cheese spreads can be convenient but most of them are also filled with other additional ingredients that are unnecessary when it comes to a simple spread. When you make your own at home you have the option to flavor it as you desire while also saving money and time.

This Sesame Edamame Tofu Cream “cheese” is made with very minimal ingredients and takes only a few minutes and a blender to whip up!
