I'm Holly!​

A dietetic Intern at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I have a passion for creating content focused around whole foods to support a healthy digestive system and overall wellness.  I love to create low sugar, gluten free recipes that are easy to make, full of color, flavor and customizable to any diet and lifestyle.

I have been gluten intolerant for 8 years now and have found that a diet high in processed sugar had fueled many of my digestive problems that I started having around the time of my gluten diagnosis. My mission is to educate, empower, and support those struggling with digestive issues of all kinds with a holisitic lifestyle nutrition approach.

Food philosophy

I know everyone is unique in their own ways and that includes nutrition. Nutrition is not one size fits all and what works for one person may not work for someone else, that is why my goal is create the foundation and tools to help guide you to overall health and wellness by using food first. By treating food as medicine the body will be able to heal naturally from the inside out. I have worked with a holistic dietitian for years both personally and professionally and have seen the results that food alone can have on the body.
